Z.I. aircraft cleaning products are preferred by commercial carriers the world over. Since our products are non-fuming, they are well suited for interior cleaning, too. Cleaning crews use Z.I. products with the assurance of effectiveness and safety on all aircraft surfaces.
Many Z.I. products are manufactured to strict military specifications. Z.I. products are anti-corrosive and expressly formulated to clean aerospace and military aircraft equipment surfaces.
Z.I. products are used for cleaning Space Shuttle vehicles and their components. Z.I. is proud to be a qualified supplier to this NASA program.
We are proud of our record of working closely with customers to solve their cleaning problems. One such example was when a major airline needed an anticorrosive cleaner that would not run off of vertical landing gear surfaces quickly. As a result of this request we now offer ZI-400-HV, high viscosity version, at no extra cost.

ZI-200 Anti-Corrosive Rinse Additive

Anti-corrosive airframe rinse additive for use after coastal and offshore flights over a salt air (ocean) environment.
Note: Does not contain a cleaning agent.

ZI-400 Anti-Corrosive Aircraft Cleaner

ZI-400 is an advanced aerospace cleaning compound, specifically designed to provide corrosion inhibition during the cleaning process. It is not a conventional soap or detergent based cleaner. ZI-400 is what is known as a colloidal cleaner.

ZI-400 is completely non-toxic and non-hazardous to use. Therefore, ZI-400 does not require any specific protective clothing or precautions for use, handling or storage.

ZI-400 is also ideally suited for use with septic tanks, wastewater treatment systems and all water recycling/reuse plants.

ZI-400 has multiple commercial approvals on file for a wide range of industrial applications. For Example:

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has listed ZI-400 on it's National Contingency Plan for supply during crisis situations where oil spills occur within the nation's coastal waters.

ZI-500 Aerospace Cleaning Compound

MIL Spec Aerospace Cleaning Compound for aircraft exterior and interior cleaning, as well as ground support equipment cleaning. This product is presently being updated to meet MIL-PRF-87937, Revision "E" (to be announced Spring 2005) and will be available on QPL in early to mid-2006.
