One of the strongest engineered structures in the world is a wing on commercial aircraft. It is made of strong, lightweight aluminium, riveted together so that it can flex as it flies through the air.

Our Aluminium Pallets and Skids have similar design features as the aircraft wing. It too is made of strong, lightweight aluminium, riveted together so it can flex when it is moved with a forklift or when traveling down the highway in a truck. This design better protects the pallet load it’s carrying and it gives the pallet a longer working life.

Most existing aluminium pallets sold today are made of heavier structural cross sections that are totally welded together. This rigid design can allow product damage and shorten pallet life when welds break. The heavier sections and welding doesn’t make the pallet stronger, it just adds to the cost.

Now aluminium pallets are affordable thanks to new advanced manufacturing techniques. The dimensional stability and precision assembly make these pallets ideal for conveyor systems, robotics, palletizers, AS/RS and plant automation equipment. No more splinters, static discharge, heavy pallet lifting, warehouse fire issues and they are 100% recyclable and manufactured from over 95% recycled aluminium, storm doors and pop cans.
